what will happen to fast food restaurants now?

Eggs went up 35% recently, and labor costs will go up soon when the minimum wage increases. With food costs and labor costs on the rise, what can fast food restaurants do to maintain profit? If they raise pricies, more customers will eat at home. But if restaurants close then banks will have to eat the mortgages. So what will restaurants do? Please dont say “they are a multibullion dollar company they will be fine” we all know that statment isnt true.

How are payments adjusted on an “interest only” mortgage?

I am considering refinancing my home. My two year ARM is about to expire. I am thinking about getting an interest only loan and making “principal only” payments in addition to the scheduled “interest payment”. This should allow me to reduce the principal much faster than following the amortization schedule that would come with a conventional 30 year fixed mortgage. If I do this I will be reducing the principal and correspondingly the interest due each time I make a principal payment. How do finance companies adjust the monthly interest payment, when the balance due constantly changes, on this type of loan.
I think this adquately explains the situation.

Where can I get a quick, fast easy copy of my tax returns from the past 2 years?

My husband and I are about to go apply for a mortgage here in about a week. We need copies of our W-2′s and tax returns. I know he can call his employer and have them send copies of his W-2′s… but we need copies of his tax returns from the past 2 years. I heard you can go online and get them (even print them out right away) but how? I need the copies of the tax returns like ASAP! If anyone has suggestions, PLEASE LET US KNOW!! We need to get them fast… We don’t mind paying a little money… but if anyone knows an easy way to get them online and print them out, let me know… or if I am going to have to do it the hard way and go to the IRS building and do it myself. I have been on www.irs.gov but they want you to fill out a form and send it in the mail and wait for them to send it back to you, isn’t there any easier way? Thanks everyone!!!
Ok people… you dont have to be smart asses… I live in FL and we lost a lot of things during the storms. I just need copies of the past 2 years… if you are going to be smart about it, then DON’T REPLY! I am only wanting real responses. My parents recently divorced & their house is paid for…& they both agree to take their names off of the title of the house so that i can have my name on the deed. Can i immediately get a home equity loan to make improvements? I would also pay my my mother for her part of owning the home and my father is willing to give me his part of the house. We recently had the house appraised, and it was appraised at about $60,000

I need about 15k from my home equity loan fast. My daughter is not covered any longer by our insurance and she became sick and now we need the money ASAP to pay for the bills. My house is appraised at 181k, my mortgage amount left to pay is 61k. I have a high credit score and barely any debt and no late payments. I need an equity loan fast what are my options.
My daughter isnt covered because after a certain age my insurance will not cover her and she has reached that certain age awhile back.

Can anyone tell me what mortgage banks that will lend on 40-50 LTV. The house is paid off and I need to get a loan really fast of about $100k. I also heard that i can get a drive by appraisal done on this as well since the LTV is low. Can you give me some ideas? Thanks

How fast would my mortgage be paid off if I made 2 extra payments a year?

It is a 30 year fixed mortgage. My payments are only 426.10 a month. So if I applied an extra $71 to my principle each month it would be 2 extra payments. How do you calculate this to see how long it will take to pay off? And my interest rate is 6.5 percent

Is there a way to bank to help pay off your mortgage faster?

by using the interest earned in your interest bearing account plus making 2 payments a month on your mortgage to maybe pay off your 30 years mortgage 7 to 10 years sooner?
I hear there are programs that are sold to help accomplish this. Anyone had experience with any of these programs or have anything info at all they want to share?

We need to close on the loan by Feb. 1st. We are selling our house and paying off our debt with the proceeds from our sale. Will this raise our score? Would it be better to pay off credit cards (we have two with $1400 balance each. Or pay off two bank loans (one for a car and one for a consolidation loan)?

My mom is going to a hospital a thousand miles away and I found my best friend to take over the mortgage payment and utlities and association fee for 6 months. How can
I Protect my friends and my moms money? Do I need a contract? Should I change the name on utility bills? its only for 6 months and the costs should only be about $550 a month. I am looking to borrow $3,000 to get out of debt and need to do it fast. I currently am stuck with bad credit and only home goods…such as a plasma tv, stereo, etc. to post for collateral. The house is only 10k. So if I pay 10k cash, how fast can I do a home equity loan for that 10k? I need to make repairs as it is a foreclosure in poor condition. Can I do a refinance loan and get more than I even paid for it if it appraises higher than 10k, which it will? Thanks for any help

My mortgage broker has suggested using a HELOC on our existing home to pay the down payment on a new house.
We own our existing home assesed at 70k with a small 15k home renovation loan.
We are looking at houses costing around 125000 so we would need about 25000 down.
We are assuming we can sell our existing home for at least 55000k on a fast track if needed.
We have good incomes so the 2 payments would not be a major problem short term.
Any advice on this matter?
Any pro’s and cons to look out for?
