Need to establlish a budget to repair a house who do i call?

House is 90yrs.,roof and eavs need replaced or repared,floor in bathroom repaired with all new stool sink and shower,floors need recovered painting thrugout all rooms,kitchen needs upgraded, some doors replaced, the front of house needs closed on wirh new door and one new window,some structure needs addressed soneone who knows what they are looking at and can map out how to get wepairs done,in which order and calcuate the cost of supplies and laber a laught of we need done can be done by use but things that require a licence and warentee need a contractor. Where do I start and in which order do I get it done.

Check your local yellow pages for contractors. They will come out to your home and check everything over and give you a detailed estimate. Check around though, get at least 3 different contracters to come out and give you estimates.
