How to rent out a room in my house, and give a lease?
ByI would like to rent out a room in my house but I don’t know how to pull up a lease for them to sign, or if I’m even suppose to give them a lease. and if they have kids how would they register them for school.

YES- YOU NEED A LEASE!!!! It would be a very bad idea not to have one!!
You don’t say were you are but most states have a state real estate agency – they should have a website that should have those kinds of resources on it.
Or consult an attorney to draw one up for you.
