Can you have a lease purchase contract on a house in the UK?

I know that in America you can lease purchase your house whereby you have a morgage to the owner and he in turn may have one to the bank. Can you do that in the UK?

If this is the same a rental agreement then yes.

Good finance question! I know of an organization that gives up to $1500 to people to help them with their rent or mortgage. It’s available in most US cities, I highly suggest you check it out.
